Vesvius store respects the existing italian legislation about e-commerce.
For each order placed, Vesvius invoices of material sent by mail order all'intestatario ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and Decree 52/2004. Data supplied by the customer when the order will be included in the bill.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.
The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog at the moment at Vesvius order. Images and technical data in support of the board of a product may not be complete and thorough investigations of the characteristics (for example, can vary the shape of a bottle)
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Vesvius email response, sent to the email address supplied by the customer.
This confirmation message will again present all data entered by the customer undertakes to check for accuracy and timely corrections.
Placed the order at Vesvius you represent that you have read the terms and conditions of sale, methods of payment proposed and the entire procedure of purchase. With specific reference to Articles. 3 of legislative decree 185/89 and 4 you will receive, via e-mail, all the information needed to identify the seller and the customer will be kept together with the e-mail of acceptance of contract.
Methods of Payment
Purchases made on Vesvius are safe and secured and can be performed in different ways:
- Credit Transfer
Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Vesvius but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Vesvius, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Vesvius will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.
Right of cancellation
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, subject to the cases of exclusion provided for in Section IV below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Vesvius S.r.l.a notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products by sending an email to our customer service if it intends to exercise the withdrawal before having received the Products, the withdrawal notice may be sent at any time prior to their receipt.
The Customer Service of Vesvius S.r.l.will provide, once received the communication, to open a file for the management of the return and to communicate to the Customer instructions on how to return the Products, which will be done by courier indicated by Vesvius S.r.l.itself.
The right of cancellation is governed by the following conditions:
a. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.
b. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal Vesvius S.r.l.will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, without prejudice to the right of Vesvius S.r.l.to suspend payment of the refund until the actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly requested a different method. In case of bank transfer, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).
c. Also in order to be able to guarantee free return under Article 8 below, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.
d. In addition to the cases mentioned in the Foreword (non-consumer customer and/or requesting invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, according to Art. 59 d.lgs 21/2014:
- Ordering custom-made or clearly customized Products;
- order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- order of sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that the Products that are “likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly” include both all food products (including wines, spirits and beverages) and cosmetics, since the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are also subject to alteration as a result of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for hygienic and Customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for Products purchased on the Online Shop that can be returned to Vesvius S.r.l.and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Vesvius S.r.l.will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging the same for shipping costs.
